Our Award-Winning Client is seeking two Clinical Nurse Experts (CNE) or Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS) to support Hospital. One expert will focus on Long-Term Care (LTC) and the other on Critical Care. The CNE will apply influence across patient/family, staff, and systems to enhance healthcare delivery and exemplify the Professional Practice Model. This role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care across the continuum. The CNE works directly under the supervision of the assigned Director and requires strong collaboration within the LifeBridge system and with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead healthcare delivery transformation across patient, staff, and system levels.
• Maintain current, evidence-based knowledge in the area of expertise.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure quality, seamless care.
• Serve as a role model within the organization, promoting the Professional Practice Model.

Required Education & Experience:

• Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing (MSN required).
• Minimum of three years' experience in the specialty area.
• At least five years of RN experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
