Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized industry leader, is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive critical supply chain initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management expertise to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive project plans outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Strategic Execution: Direct multi-functional teams, ensuring budget compliance, on-time delivery, and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyze potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to maintain project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent engagement with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolution of challenges.
  • Collaboration & Supplier Development: Partner with Sourcing Specialists, Buyers, Supplier Technical Engineers, and Supply Chain Coordinators to contribute to supplier selection and supplier relationship management efforts.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Generate and present detailed project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and key insights to senior leadership and relevant teams.

Qualifications & Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Expertise in supply chain operations, change management principles, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training preferred.
