Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Nuclear Medicine
    • Nuclear Pharmacy
  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work under physician direction, using radioactive materials for the diagnosis and treatment of human disease. The role involves preparing dosages, administering them to patients, operating nuclear imaging instruments, and compiling test information for physician review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of a physician in nuclear medicine procedures
  • Prepare and administer radioactive materials to patients
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment and perform imaging procedures
  • Compile and prepare test information for physician analysis
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor

Schedule and Shift Details

  • Full-time position: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Some flexibility may be available
