Our Award-Winning Client, recognized nationally for excellence, is offering up to an $18,000 hiring bonus for external candidates with 12+ months of hospital acute care experience, and up to $12,000 for those with less than 12 months of experience, subject to eligibility and conditions for payment. This bonus is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that begins from the first day of employment.

This role is open to all levels of Registered Nurses, including newly graduated residents. You will contribute to a team known for its compassionate care and commitment to patient wellness. The role is based in the Surgical Unit of a prestigious regional medical center, where you'll deliver specialized care to patients in need of surgical interventions. Our client fosters a supportive environment focused on collaboration, respect, and patient-centered care.

Available Positions:

  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour variable shifts
  • 24 hours per week, 12-hour variable shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Surgical Unit.
  • Utilize specialized training to assess patient needs and deliver care that adheres to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Assist in patient recovery and postoperative care through personalized care plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient progress, ensuring clear communication with all healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire

Experience Requirements:

  • RN Residents: Open to newly licensed nurses with 12 months or less of experience
  • Acute Care RNs: At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National certification in your area of specialty

Candidate Profile:This role is ideal for Registered Nurses with at least 1 to 2 years of experience, though newly graduated RNs are also welcome. No management experience is required, but candidates should possess a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care. You will be expected to hold or obtain required certifications and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, surgical environment. The role does not require travel.
