Our Award-Winning Client, recognized nationally for excellence, is offering up to an $18,000 hiring bonus for external candidates with 12+ months of hospital acute care experience, and up to $12,000 for those with less than 12 months of experience, subject to eligibility and conditions for payment. This role is open to all levels of Registered Nurses, including newly graduated residents. You will contribute to a team known for its compassionate care and commitment to patient wellness. The role is based in the Surgical Unit of a prestigious regional medical center, where you'll deliver specialized care to patients in need of surgical interventions. Available Positions:

• 36 hours per week, 12-hour variable shifts
• 24 hours per week, 12-hour variable shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Surgical Unit.
• Utilize specialized training to assess patient needs and deliver care that adheres to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Assist in patient recovery and postoperative care through personalized care plans.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress, ensuring clear communication with all healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire

Experience Requirements:

• RN Residents: Open to newly licensed nurses with 12 months or less of experience
• Acute Care RNs: At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• National certification in your area of specialty
