Position Summary:

We are seeking a self-starting NOC/SOC Engineer to play a key role in the monitoring, deployment, and management of our client security and network operations. This engineer will serve as the primary support resource for all SOC/NOC-related activities, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients. This role reports directly to the NOC/SOC Director and is instrumental in maintaining our high standard of service and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring & Management:

• Monitor and manage automated alerts, dashboards, and reporting tools across client environments.

• Oversee systems related to:

  • RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management)

  • Backups and disaster recovery

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure security

  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  • SOC/XDR solutions

Support & Escalation:

• Act as the primary NOC/SOC resource for clients during security incidents and outages.

• Work collaboratively with 3rd-party NOC/SOC partners to provide full-spectrum security and monitoring coverage.

• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and serve as escalation point under the NOC/SOC Director.

Client Onboarding & Security Deployment:

• Deploy CCS (Company Cybersecurity Standards) tools and best practices to new clients.

• Conduct environment analysis for new clients and align systems with CCS security protocols.

• Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration and standardization of security measures.

Required Qualifications:

• ConnectWise Automate experience is a must; certifications strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in a NOC and/or SOC role, ideally within an MSP environment.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, monitoring tools, and incident response.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, RMM platforms, PAM, and backup systems.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• ConnectWise Automate Certified Professional

• CompTIA Security+, Network+, CySA+

• Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
