Job SummaryThe Access Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of facilities by monitoring access points and managing entry protocols. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Location: RemoteDuration: 6+ months (with potential for permanent hire)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMStart Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting physical security systems remotely.
• Working with cloud-based physical security solutions, specifically in the following areas:
• Access Control: Open Path, Brivo
• Cameras: AVA, Hanwha, ExacqVision
• Intrusion System: DSC
• Intercom System: 2N

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in programming and commissioning physical security systems.
• Overall knowledge of cloud-based physical security platforms.
• Certifications in the listed systems are required (client will provide and pay for necessary certifications if not already obtained).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control, camera systems, intrusion systems, and intercom systems.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass an extensive background check conducted by the client.

Bonus:

• Pre-existing certifications in the systems mentioned will be considered a strong advantage.
