We seek an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to support operations at a high-volume fine dining establishment. This role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development within a dynamic luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operations of a high-revenue restaurant.
Develop and support team members to ensure consistency and excellence.
Oversee service execution to align with fine dining expectations.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of management experience in high-volume or upscale dining establishments.
Proven success in managing operations with significant annual revenue.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience in fine dining or similar luxury settings preferred.
