Job Title: Vice President of Growth

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and visionary Vice President of Growth to lead marketing, R&D, and franchise development for a growing national brand. Position Overview

The Vice President of Growth will report directly to the CEO and lead the marketing and franchise development departments. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and franchise expansion through integrated digital, content, and sales strategies. This individual will manage a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align brand growth with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and lead national and local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and consumer engagement• Oversee multi-channel marketing including digital, content, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and local store marketing• Drive research and development (R&D) for new product and service innovations• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic direction

Franchise Development & Digital Lead Generation

• Lead franchise development marketing strategy to attract and convert prospective franchisees• Execute targeted online advertising, SEO, and email marketing campaigns for lead generation• Oversee CRM systems and automation tools to improve pipeline follow-up and performance• Create case studies, testimonials, and webinar content to engage prospects

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all franchise regulations including FTC Franchise Rule• Manage FDD distribution, disclosure documentation, and regulatory filings• Collaborate with legal and finance on franchise agreements and renewals

Leadership & Strategic Planning

• Provide strategic vision for growth and lead cross-functional teams in execution• Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting across marketing, R&D, and franchise development• Mentor high-performing team members and foster a results-driven, collaborative culture

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in growth leadership roles, ideally within franchise, hospitality, or multi-unit operations• Experience with digital marketing, brand strategy, and franchise development• Strong knowledge of FTC Franchise Rule and franchise legal requirements• Proven ability to drive measurable results through innovation and strategic execution• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
