We're seeking proactive Managers to join our vibrant restaurant team. With multiple bustling locations, this is a fantastic opportunity for growth and leadership. Our Managers play a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering exceptional service, and upholding our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and providing excellent service.
Conduct informative pre-shift meetings to update staff and set goals.
Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff, working closely with fellow Managers.
Assist in staffing, training, and monitoring financial metrics to maximize restaurant success.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Organized.
Knows how to implement strong systems or recognize how to clean up systems in play.
Strong service background- Lead server trainer and turn manager. Has been the service manager for a high-volume restaurant (above $5M). Knows how to train, schedule, and mentor staff.
