This is an incredible opportunity for a creative storyteller who loves food culture, knows how to spot a trend, and understands how to bring a brand to life across digital platforms. You’ll work directly with a passionate and driven marketing team and report to Madison Place. Interviews will be with Madison and our Director of Marketing, Mark Priestland.

Who You Are:You’re a digital native who’s just as comfortable editing video on CapCut as you are writing snappy copy for Instagram. You love turning ideas into engaging content and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love collaborating with others to get things done.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the creation and scheduling of engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more

  • Create original photo, video, and written content to promote promotions, events, and daily brand storytelling

  • Collaborate with franchise partners to support local marketing efforts and amplify their voice

  • Monitor brand engagement, respond to messages and comments, and help manage online reputation

  • Report on social performance monthly, using insights to inform strategy and growth

  • Stay on top of social trends, digital tools, and best practices in QSR, hospitality, and lifestyle brands

You’ll Need:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in food, franchise, or lifestyle brands

  • Strong photography, video editing, and design chops (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)

  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms

  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout, Later, or Hootsuite

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
