What You’ll Do

• Educate & Elevate: Lead classes on barista skills, coffee knowledge, and hospitality, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

• Coach & Mentor: Provide in-service coaching to guide baristas and team leads in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Champion Quality: Set the bar for beverage standards, guest engagement, and team performance.

• Collaborate: Work closely with store and area leaders to ensure training excellence and consistency.

• Drive Engagement: Develop guest-facing programs like tastings and demos to inspire both guests and teams.

• Lead by Example: Be an on-floor leader—coaching, supporting, and inspiring in real time.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership experience and proven ability to coach and train teams.

• Ability to travel between Tahoe-area cafés year-round, including winter/snow conditions.

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences.

• Flexible availability: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical ability to complete café tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, etc.).

• Safe and reliable transportation.
