Location: Tahoe Market (Truckee, Olympic Valley, Northstar)Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week | Year-Round

Coach & Mentor: Provide in-service coaching to guide baristas and team leads in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Collaborate: Work closely with store and area leaders to ensure training excellence and consistency.
Drive Engagement: Develop guest-facing programs like tastings and demos to inspire both guests and teams.
Lead by Example: Be an on-floor leader—coaching, supporting, and inspiring in real time.
You are the go-to training resource in your region.

You bring energy, curiosity, and a “whatever it takes” attitude to every shift.
Prior leadership experience and proven ability to coach and train teams.
Ability to travel between Tahoe-area cafés year-round, including winter/snow conditions.
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
Flexible availability: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to complete café tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, bending, etc.).
Safe and reliable transportation.
