What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the company’s theoretical food cost systems, ensuring accuracy, building recipes, and troubleshooting when gaps arise.

  • Lead the analysis of actual vs. theoretical costs across multiple concepts, turning insights into clear actions that operators and culinary teams can execute.

  • Serve as the front-end systems point person for integrations and reporting across Toast, MarginEdge, and other restaurant technology platforms.

  • Drive supply chain analysis to optimize purchasing, vendor agreements, and overall cost management.

  • Partner with finance, operations, and culinary leaders to deliver actionable reporting and ensure cross-team alignment.

  • Support broader analytics efforts across food, beverage, and labor to maximize margin performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in food & beverage costing, theoretical modeling, and margin management.

  • Hands-on expertise with restaurant technology platforms (Toast, MarginEdge, Avero, or similar).

  • Ability to not just analyze, but fix—building recipes, adjusting systems, and leading implementation.

  • Strong communicator who can present findings and collaborate with operators and leadership to drive real change.
