Front of House (FOH) Lead

The FOH Lead supports store leadership by upholding company standards, ensuring exceptional hospitality, and maintaining a high-quality guest experience. This role includes training and developing staff, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Inventory: Assist with inventory, ordering, vendor communication, and waste management.
  • Financial & Admin Tasks: Manage cash deposits, invoices, payroll, and scheduling adjustments.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier service, resolve guest concerns, and lead by example on the floor.
  • Compliance & Cleanliness: Maintain health and safety standards, food storage protocols, and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop staff, hold team members accountable, and drive performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues as they arise, place service calls when needed, and ensure store safety.

Requirements:

  • 40-hour workweek with flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Work environment includes allergens, cleaning chemicals, and occasional noise
