  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
  • Knowledge of labor laws· Partner closely with General Manager
  • Ability to spend long hours standing and walking
  • Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
