Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.

10+ years of experience with product compliance issues and processes.
\n
10+ years of experience working with regulatory and certification agencies.
\n
Experience with electronic products strongly preferred.
\n
Management or supervisory experience preferred.
\n
Self-directed, motivated, and able to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
\n
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
\n
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop processes and procedures.
