We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technician! The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and technical background, with specific expertise in Niagara Controls, Alerton Controls, or Distech Controls. This individual will be responsible for building a customer base and selling our services in the Eau Claire area, driving growth, and establishing the company as the go-to provider in the region.
Duties: Including but not limited to:
Develop and manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
Sell HVAC services and solutions, with a focus on Niagara, Alerton, and Distech control systems.
Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet customer needs.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and profitable completion.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate quotes.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in HVAC controls.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including continuous improvement and lean, FEA evaluation, CFD, stress analysis, statistics, strength of materials, hydraulics, electrical systems, design, and manufacturing processes.
Strong computer skills and accuracy.
PLC with Allen Bradly is a plus.
Ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet the needs and schedules of internal customers and respond immediately to production questions and crises with solutions.
Ability to develop a test plan, submit a detailed corporate test request, be present during the execution of the test, and review/process test data, providing meaningful results.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the local area.
