Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues.

Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, including APQP, machine setup and operation instructions, tooling and gage instructions, and work instructions.

Support product design teams by ensuring manufacturability, safety, and productivity in both new and existing designs.

Identify, procure, and maintain required tools, molds, dies, fixtures, and gages for the assigned manufacturing area.

Monitor and analyze process performance metrics such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rates; implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Provide training and guidance to production teams on equipment, procedures, and new processes.

Stay current with advancements in process engineering technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

Assist in compliance with government requirements (EPA, OSHA, etc.) and company Environmental

Management System (EMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Ensure project completion on specification, within budget, and on time, while providing all required documentation to Maintenance & Facilities teams.
