Job Description
- Support attorneys in the Real Estate Practice Group with document management, scheduling, and client communications.
- Prepare, edit, and redline complex commercial real estate finance and transactional documents.
- Review final drafts for accuracy, including loan agreements, deeds of trust, purchase and sale agreements, and title policies.
- Coordinate execution and closing of real estate transactions, ensuring complete documentation and timely follow-up.
- Maintain client files, prepare closing binders, and handle post-closing deliverables.
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with marketing logistics, expense reports, and internal coordination with secretarial teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of legal and executive administrative experience in real estate law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, and legal platforms (iManage experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently with a proactive mindset.

Compensation $80,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, and commuter benefits.
