Location: Hybrid – based in either Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; or Harrisburg, PA. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating in-office as needed for closings and team projects.

Note: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in public finance transactions, municipal bonds, or similar regulated areas.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documents
  • Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities
  • Manage due diligence and closing processes, including document distribution, signature packages, and binders
  • Prepare and file UCC, tax, and other regulatory documents
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and outside counsel to coordinate all stages of transactions
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience in public finance, municipal bonds, or related regulatory work
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong document drafting, research, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Compensation

$90,000 – $100,000 per year (non-exempt), commensurate with experience. Includes generous benefits and year-end discretionary bonus potential.
