In this vital role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, empowering informed decision-making that drives our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the completeness and accuracy of journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects related to the month-end close process, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of foreign currency adjustments, elimination entries, and expense allocations.
• Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize the close process.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to develop and implement global accounting policies that uphold rigorous financial reporting standards.
• Proactively participate in year-end audits and quarterly reviews, demonstrating exceptional communication and attention to detail.
• Uphold internal controls and adhere to SOX 404 compliance standards, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 6-9 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• CPA certification a plus.
