The job description is for a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA. The role reports to the Vice President of Western Region and supervises project staff.

• Responsibilities include managing and directing the project team, providing communication, coordination and follow-up to meet project goals.
• The project manager will also maintain ongoing training and mentoring of project team, provide ongoing project information and project reviews, coordinate training and compliance measures, and ensure scope of work, schedule and budget are clearly defined.
• They will also be responsible for tracking schedule and budget progress, identifying and securing necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule, and maintaining ongoing communication with client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must have heavy civil construction background
• 10+ years' field experience, experience managing multiple project engineers, and must be safety-oriented.
