Opportunity Highlights:

Recruiter Hustle has partnered with a top aerospace client seeking to find a Site Controller to join their dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3 talented accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Navigate the full accounting cycle with proficiency, leveraging your expertise in Epicor to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Become an expert in manufacturing and cost accounting, providing valuable insights for optimizing operations.
• Actively participate in all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic financial plans.
• Ensure the integrity of financial records by overseeing the accurate recording and generation of financial statements.
• Maintain meticulous control over inventory and fixed assets, managing actual spend and implementing robust internal controls.
• Become a trusted advisor, analyzing financial data to identify risks and opportunities, driving informed decision-making.
• Partner with the General Manager (dotted line reporting), providing financial guidance and strategic support for daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with a track record of success in managing a team.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Epicor accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
