Bend Test Quality Control Lead (2nd Shift)

Comp: Competitive Salary: $44,000 - $53,000 per year (Non-Exempt)

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite, Monday-Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm)

Duties:

• Oversee and ensure the quality of products through bend testing.
• Operate testing machines following established procedures and protocols.
• Analyze test results and identify any non-conforming components.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality control technicians.
• Provide clear instructions, maintain a safe work environment, and foster collaboration.
• Continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (a plus).
• Strong understanding of following documented procedures and best practices.
• Experience using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers).
• Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards (a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively.
• Team player with a focus on safety and quality.
