Quality Assurance Supervisor (Irvine, CA)
Comp: $60,000 - $80,000 + competitive benefits
Onsite role: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30pm – Irvine, CA

QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
Duties:
In this key role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all our products and processes. You will lead a team of quality inspectors, oversee daily operations within the QA department, and collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage the Quality Control Lab, Roller-Bend operations, and all aspects of in-process and final inspections.
- Provide leadership and supervision to quality assurance personnel, including managing schedules, productivity, and performance.
- Leverage your technical expertise to interpret engineering drawings, parts lists, and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and customer service teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement within the QA department by developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of quality supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Some college education in engineering or quality control is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving zero defects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Experience with MRP systems and basic understanding of DMA and tensile testing equipment is a plus.
- A commitment to quality and a passion for continuous improvement.
Bilingual in Spanish and certifications such as ASQ CQA, CQE, or CSSGB are a plus, but not required for this position.
