Commercial Operations Team Lead
The role will involve:
-Servicing a book of existing commercial clients, similar to an account manager
-managing our team of existing account managers
-collaborating with Director of Commercial Insurance on department operations and client services
Salary is not set because we’ll pay what is necessary for the right candidate
Qualifications:
-5-10 years commercial experience
-ability to manage a small team
-leading, managing and establishing performance expectations
-good critical thinking and decision making ability
-strong initiative and strategic thinking
-in depth knowledge of brokerage best practices and processed
