Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and coverage to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • 📝 Managing a dedicated book of personal lines business with professionalism and efficiency.

  • 🔄 Handling renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and day-to-day client inquiries.

  • 💬 Educating clients on their coverage options and recommending tailored insurance solutions.

  • 🤝 Liaising with underwriters and insurance partners to negotiate the best terms for clients.

  • 🧾 Maintaining accurate documentation, client files, and staying current with industry updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • RIBO License in good standing (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario)

  • ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance

  • ✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset

  • ✔ Comfortable with technology and experienced in using brokerage management systems

  • ✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
