Our client is currently looking for a RIBO licensed Junior Account Manager to join their team. This individual should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Our client is an established, diverse and friendly large brokerage with their head office located in Markham, Ontario. They are a 35 year old family owned insurance brokerage offering a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Complete change requests in the portals - Uploading of New Business and Endorsements - Complete and send out confirmation of coverage requests - Send out liability cards - Handling of reminder notices and late payment notices - Take payment calls - process credit card payments in the portal - Claims cheque distribution - Handling of insurance company memos - Misc duties related to policy documents/applications/change requests, billing, etc.
Qualifications:
- RIBO licensed - Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance - Strong working knowledge of personal lines auto and property coverages and limitations - Knowledge of Power Broker is an asset - Knowledge of insurance company portals is an asset - A team player with a sound work ethic - Very strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
