Our client is looking for a sales team leader for their brokerage.
The duties
- Responsible for training new Sales Broker team Members.
- Monitoring key KPI’s and overall team volume and performance.
- Listening to individual calls to ensure quality and compliance.
- Leading performance reviews and monthly one on ones for Sales Brokers.
- Conducting weekly team meetings.
- Creating reports using excel for the Director of operations.
- Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members.
- Suggesting new procedures/workflows to improve customer service and experience.
- Resolving escalations in a timely manner
The must haves
• 2 years of experience in a management position
• 4 years of experience as a Sales Broker
• Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license in good standing (RIBO). Other provincial licenses considered an asset.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
• Capacity to motivate the Sales Broker team to meet goals and objectives
• Sense of organization
• Ability to handle several tasks at the same time
• Sense of responsibility
• Leadership skills.
• Brokerage experience (asset)
• Minimum 1 year Commercial experience.
• Experience managing a team in a call center environment. Zoom call center and asset.

- Salary (between 72k and 75k plus annual bonus up to 10%
- Eligible for commission on policies sold.
- Vacation = 3 weeks/year

- RPDB matching of 2% after 3 months of employment
