We are currently seeking a Personal Lines CSR to join our growing team and support our producers in delivering outstanding client care.

Position Overview:As a Personal Lines CSR, you will play a key role in servicing and maintaining a book of personal lines business. You will be responsible for providing prompt, professional service to clients and producers, handling policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to producers and personal lines clients

• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and billing inquiries

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and underwriters

• Utilize company portals and the EPIC broker management system to process transactions

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Ensure timely follow-ups and exceptional customer service

• Assist in reviewing policies to ensure appropriate coverage and pricing

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a personal lines role within a brokerage setting

• RIBO license required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with EPIC broker management system and insurance company portals

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
