Commercial Lines – Administrative Assistant
• Assist account managers with all administrative duties as required
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance
• Assist with the preparation of new business and renewal proposals/presentations
• Assist in updating summaries of insurance for renewal, issuing proposals and binders of insurance
• Prepare renewal and endorsement letters and invoices
• Work with the commercial team to address all abeyances
• Data entry of new business, renewals and endorsements in our broker management system SIG/COMXP
• Manage electronic documentation
• Maintenance of OneNote
• Assist with payment reminders and receivables
• Reception back up
• Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Be self-motivated and excited to take on new and challenging tasks
• Experience in Microsoft products and platforms would be an asset
