Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

About the Role:

Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager, the Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a personal lines book of business and support administrative processes to ensure exceptional service delivery. You are detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly renewals for a book of business, including remarketing when necessary

  • Review renewals for changes in premiums, coverages, or company eligibility

  • Process new business, endorsements, and renewals — including issuing liability slips, invoices, binders, and cover letters

  • Handle all client communications and service calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to lienholder and lessor inquiries and provide confirmation of coverage

  • Support producers with policy and client information

  • Invoice all agency-billed accounts and process billing transactions

  • Maintain accurate client records in EPIC, in line with paperless policy

  • Liaise with insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries or changes

  • Assist the department with miscellaneous tasks as needed

What You Bring:

  • RIBO License (Required)

  • 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance

  • Strong technical knowledge of the Personal Lines market and policy wordings

  • Proficiency with EPIC, Company Portals and Microsoft Office

  • Post-secondary education (University or College Degree); CIP or CRM designation preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with strong business acumen

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
