Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager, the Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a personal lines book of business and support administrative processes to ensure exceptional service delivery. You are detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Manage monthly renewals for a book of business, including remarketing when necessary
Review renewals for changes in premiums, coverages, or company eligibility
Process new business, endorsements, and renewals — including issuing liability slips, invoices, binders, and cover letters
Handle all client communications and service calls in a timely and professional manner
Respond to lienholder and lessor inquiries and provide confirmation of coverage
Support producers with policy and client information
Invoice all agency-billed accounts and process billing transactions
Maintain accurate client records in EPIC, in line with paperless policy
Liaise with insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries or changes
Assist the department with miscellaneous tasks as needed
RIBO License (Required)
3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Strong technical knowledge of the Personal Lines market and policy wordings
Proficiency with EPIC, Company Portals and Microsoft Office
Post-secondary education (University or College Degree); CIP or CRM designation preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with strong business acumen
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
