About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our growing team at our Woodbridge office. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Perform general administrative support duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office calendars
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment
Support the team with insurance-related administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using EPIC broker management system is an asset
Basic knowledge of insurance is considered a strong asset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
