Join our dynamic Personal Lines Insurance team and play a key role in shaping the future of client service and operational excellence. We are seeking a Manager, Personal Lines Insurance to oversee the department’s core pillars: training and compliance, client service, business development, and sales execution.

Lead Teams
Provide leadership to the Training & Compliance team, Customer Service, and Business Development units.
Ensure efficient workflows, audit readiness, skill development, and achievement of retention and service KPIs.
Drive Growth
Increase revenue through new business development, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
Support the expansion of our Group Home & Auto Insurance Program.
Collaborate Across Departments
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive results, and lead change management initiatives.
Improve Processes
Streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and advocate for the use of innovative tools and technologies.
Coach & Develop Talent
Mentor team leads and cultivate a culture of performance, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
7–10 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, including proven success in leadership or management roles.
Deep understanding of insurance service delivery, client retention, compliance, and business development strategies.
Experience leading multi-functional teams and supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
MUST HAVE a Strong working knowledge of EPIC, including workflows, reporting, and team optimization.
Demonstrated success in leading through organizational change, including process and cultural transformation.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
Familiarity with insurance technology platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools (e.g., Quandri, Applied products).
