Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join our dynamic team and support our commercial producers with expert-level service and attention to detail.
Position Overview:
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our producers and managing a diverse book of commercial business. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in commercial lines service. Familiarity with industries such as SME, manufacturing, wholesale, and hospitality is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional day-to-day service to commercial clients and producers
· Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, and billing inquiries
· Communicate professionally with clients, underwriters, and insurer partners
· Utilize EPIC broker management system and insurance company portals to manage client files and transactions
· Maintain up-to-date and accurate records and documentation
· Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support renewal processes
· Ensure coverage accuracy and assist in identifying client needs and potential gaps
Qualifications:
· 4–5 years of experience in commercial lines within a brokerage setting
· RIBO license required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with EPIC broker management system and insurance company portals
· Industry knowledge in SME, manufacturing, wholesale, cyber and hospitality is a strong asset
· Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of client service
