Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Broker – Georgetown - Hybrid

Are you a driven, detail-oriented insurance professional ready to grow with an exciting new branch office? We're looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our Georgetown location.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance clients, providing excellent customer support and timely follow-up.
- Advise clients on appropriate coverage, policy options, and changes.
- Process endorsements, renewals, and new business using TAM (The Agency Manager).
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Assist in the development of the new branch’s presence and reputation in the Georgetown community.
- Transition from remote work to in-office as operations at the new Georgetown branch establish.
What We’re Looking For:
- RIBO License (in good standing) – mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance brokerage setting.
- Proficiency in TAM (The Agency Manager) – must be comfortable and efficient on the platform.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments.
- Experience with commercial lines is considered a strong asset.
- Spanish-speaking is an asset.
- Willingness to work remotely during the initial phase and transition to our new Georgetown office once established.
