Our client, a thriving Canadian Independent brokerage is growing and looking to add a dynamic salesperson to their Commercial Lines Team, Small Business.
You will be developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities in order to sell commercial lines insurance products to small businesses.
Ideally, you have experience in commercial lines insurance sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Cultivate relationships to drive sales and retention through various platforms. You will develop business and marketing plans, network with internal producers, understand client needs, negotiate terms, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Additionally, you will build relationships with markets, collaborate with the team, and complete documentation accurately, driven to exceed monthly targets.
ABOUT YOU:
- 1 year of Commercial Insurance sales experience
- RIBO license required
- Creative ability to build relationships and negotiate
- Commitment to learning
- Proficient in MS Office; EPIC is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented
