Our client, a reputable brokerage in the Durham Region, is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Work with producers to manage requests
* Handle client requests via calls, emails, and faxes, including policy changes, quotes, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites, and new policies
* Address policy inquiries and recommend coverage options
* Follow up on non-renewals and varied terms notices, as well as company inquiries
* Manage company requests such as EZITVs, varied terms, and questionnaires
* Upload and forward endorsement requests
* Handle quotes for remarkets and non-renewals
* Provide backup support to other CSRs
Qualifications:
* RIBO license in good standing
* 2 plus years of personal lines experience
* CAIB/CIP is an asset
