Job Description

We are seeking high-energy individuals with a positive, friendly attitude to lead Back of House operations. Responsibilities include overseeing food quality, safety, sanitation, inventory, and the growth and development of the team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage food preparation, inventory, and cost control
  • Ensure food quality and safety through daily checks
  • Monitor labor costs and schedules
  • Mentor and develop BOH staff
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • Participate in hiring and training
 

Qualifications

 

  • BOH management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
