Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all the food and beverage front of house operations, which includes all restaurants, bars and lounges, beverage, and room service operations.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers daily.
  • Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, understanding and maintaining standards.
  • Develops and implements to improve needed areas and expand on employee engagement and guest satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintains staffing level by being in charge of hiring and managing weekly schedule for restaurants, bars and lounges, and room service.
  • Train and mentor food and beverage colleagues to maintain our expectations and standards.
  • Maintains the monthly and yearly budget for labor, food, beverages, and revenue.
  • Takes ownership of a guest complaints and issues to be resolved.
  • Verifies and drafts all banquet functions up to standards and exceed guest's expectations
  • Work well with other leaders from different departments for further collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
  • Knowledge of wine and liquors preferred, but not required.
  • Luxury Hotel/Restaurant experience.
