Responsibilities:
Responsible for all the food and beverage front of house operations, which includes all restaurants, bars and lounges, beverage, and room service operations.
Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers daily.
Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, understanding and maintaining standards.
Develops and implements to improve needed areas and expand on employee engagement and guest satisfaction surveys.
Maintains staffing level by being in charge of hiring and managing weekly schedule for restaurants, bars and lounges, and room service.
Train and mentor food and beverage colleagues to maintain our expectations and standards.
Maintains the monthly and yearly budget for labor, food, beverages, and revenue.
Takes ownership of a guest complaints and issues to be resolved.
Verifies and drafts all banquet functions up to standards and exceed guest's expectations
Work well with other leaders from different departments for further collaboration.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
Knowledge of wine and liquors preferred, but not required.
