Restaurant Manager 

We seek an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to support operations at a high-volume fine dining establishment. This role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development within a dynamic luxury environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations of a high-revenue restaurant.
  • Develop and support team members to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Oversee service execution to align with fine dining expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.
 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in high-volume or upscale dining establishments.
  • Proven success in managing operations with significant annual revenue.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in fine dining or similar luxury settings preferred.
 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $70K–$75K.
