The General Manager oversees daily operations, ensures financial performance, and fosters a positive culture. This role involves developing and coaching the leadership team, improving restaurant performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Lead and develop Managers and Assistant General Managers.
  • Drive sales through marketing initiatives and community outreach.
  • Monitor labor costs, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Exceed guest expectations and maintain high standards.
  • Build the leadership team by overseeing interviews and conducting new leadership orientations.
  • Coach and develop Assistant General Managers and Shift Leads.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the leadership team.
  • Promote team engagement and address employee needs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment.
  • Manage staffing levels and ensure restaurant operations during peak times.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure open communication within the team.
 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • QSR experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and dependability.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
