Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsible for all food and beverage front-of-house operations, including restaurants, bars and lounges, beverage services, and room service operations.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and that standards are met to exceed customer expectations daily.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leaders to ensure operational collaboration.
Oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining and understanding community standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and guest satisfaction surveys.
Maintain staffing levels by overseeing hiring and managing the weekly schedule for restaurants, bars and lounges, and room service.
Train and mentor food and beverage colleagues to uphold the community’s expectations and standards.
Manage the monthly and yearly budget for labor, food, beverages, and revenue.
Take ownership of guest complaints and issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
Ensure all banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest expectations.
Collaborate effectively with other department leaders for smooth operational execution.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
