Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsible for all food and beverage front-of-house operations, including restaurants, bars and lounges, beverage services, and room service operations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and that standards are met to exceed customer expectations daily.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leaders to ensure operational collaboration.
  • Oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining and understanding community standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and guest satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain staffing levels by overseeing hiring and managing the weekly schedule for restaurants, bars and lounges, and room service.
  • Train and mentor food and beverage colleagues to uphold the community’s expectations and standards.
  • Manage the monthly and yearly budget for labor, food, beverages, and revenue.
  • Take ownership of guest complaints and issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Ensure all banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other department leaders for smooth operational execution.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major.
  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
  • Strong knowledge of wine and liquors.
  • 1+ years of management experience
