Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to oversee and manage all pastry kitchen operations.
  • Supervise the preparation, presentation, and quality control of all pastry items.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the pastry team to deliver exceptional performance and creativity.
  • Play an integral role in developing the pastry menu, creating innovative recipes, and refining culinary techniques.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation throughout the pastry kitchen.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury, high-end culinary environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for fostering a positive team dynamic.
  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and kitchen practices.
  • Experience in scratch-made pastries.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Certification in food safety and comprehensive knowledge of sanitation regulations.
