Restaurant Manager
 
We're seeking proactive Managers to join our vibrant restaurant team. With multiple bustling locations, this is a fantastic opportunity for growth and leadership. Our Managers play a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering exceptional service, and upholding our high standards.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and providing excellent service.
  • Conduct informative pre-shift meetings to update staff and set goals.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff, working closely with fellow Managers.
  • Assist in staffing, training, and monitoring financial metrics to maximize restaurant success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized.
  • Knows how to implement strong systems or recognize how to clean up systems in play.
  • Strong service background- Lead server trainer and turn manager.  Has been the service manager for a high-volume restaurant (above $5M).  Knows how to train, schedule, and mentor staff.
