We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter with a background in full-service restaurants and recruiting or talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for identifying top talent in the hospitality industry. This role is essential in helping the company continue to grow its team by sourcing and hiring qualified individuals who align with the company’s values and culture.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting: Identify, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the company, focusing on full-service restaurant roles.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work with leadership to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct pre-screen assessments (PSAs) and interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a full-service restaurant environment.
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
