Job Summary:
The Contract Sales Intern will support the contract sales team by assisting with various sales activities related to negotiating, managing, and closing contract agreements. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in contract sales, client communication, and the overall sales process in a contract-driven environment.

This pay band reflects Chloeta’s good faith estimate of the range it expects to offer; Chloeta reserves the right to alter this range if business circumstances change.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing and reviewing contract proposals and agreements for clients.
- Supports the sales team in managing the contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and execution.
- Helps maintain accurate records of contract details, terms, and conditions.
- Coordinates with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to ensure contracts align with company policies and standards.
- Assists in responding to client inquiries related to contract terms, pricing, and service delivery.
- Help track contract milestones, renewal dates, and expiration dates to ensure timely follow-up.
- Supports the creation and maintenance of sales documents, presentations, and materials tailored to contract sales processes.
- Contributes to the research and analysis of potential clients and market trends related to contract opportunities.
- Assists in preparing reports on contract performance, sales metrics, and market research findings.
- Helps in organizing meetings and presentations with clients to discuss contract terms, amendments, and renewals.
- Supports the coordination of contract execution processes, including the collection of signatures and managing approvals.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or contract management software is a plus.
- Ability to learn and use AI and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with contract terms and documents.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the sales and contract negotiation processes.
Required Education and Experience:
- Required: Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Required: At least 1 year of administrative office and/or contract sales experience.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This job operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
