We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department. This role will assist with key HR functions, including payroll processing, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has a background in HR or administrative support, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow within the field.
Duties: Including but not limited to:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Support employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation
  • Assist with benefits administration such as enrollments, changes, and employee questions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Provide general HR support for employees and managers
  • Assist with compliance requirements and HR policies as needed
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for payroll, benefits, and other HR services
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred (but not required)
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered
