We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department. This role will assist with key HR functions, including payroll processing, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has a background in HR or administrative support, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow within the field.
Duties: Including but not limited to:
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
Support employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation
Assist with benefits administration such as enrollments, changes, and employee questions
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Provide general HR support for employees and managers
Assist with compliance requirements and HR policies as needed
Coordinate with third-party vendors for payroll, benefits, and other HR services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred (but not required)
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered
