Locations: Greer, SC and Easley, SCJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting clients in selecting the right flooring solutions, and driving sales through your passion for the industry. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary plus commission and benefits.Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their flooring needs.- Educate customers on the various flooring options available, including vinyl, hardwood, carpet, laminate, and tile.- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom.- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.- Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings.- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or design is a plus.- Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally in the flooring or home improvement industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.- Basic math skills for processing sales and managing transactions.- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve personal and team sales goals.- Familiarity with flooring products and installation processes is an advantage.- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM (every other Saturday).Benefits:- Competitive salary plus commission structure.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Paid time off and holidays.- Retirement savings plan with company match.- Employee discounts on flooring products.- A supportive and positive work environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
