As a Sales Advisor, you'll be assisting customers in our showroom and in their homes measuring and providing Shop At Home appointments. We're looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships with customers,can process a lot of information, and are great at using technology to their advantage.

Location: Orland Park, IL

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:● Assisting customers in the showroom (product information, sample checkout, etc.)● Entering all customer leads in our CRM and tracking the sale from start to finish● Cultivating strong relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and positive experiencethroughout their interactions with our company

● Follow up with customers regarding samples, quotes, and website inquiries.● Setting appointments to go out and measure customer’s homes and complete shop-at-home sales appointments using RFMS Measure Mobile● Working to acquire new accounts/customers (residential and commercial)● General customer service support (answering phones, greeting customers, processing payments, etc.) within showroom settingQualifications:● Valid Driver's License● Knowledge of flooring is not a requirement, training will be provided● Experience in a related role is preferred but not required● Efficient with technology (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, etc.)Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:● $40,000 starting salary (paid bi-weekly at $19.23/hour for 40 hour week) plus commission based on theprofit of sales● Additional Bonuses and Incentive Programs● Paid holidays off (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)● PTO starts after 6 months of employment, with additional vacation days earned after one year of employment● Health benefits are eligible after 90 days of employment● 30 scheduled hours per week in showroom, 1 evening shift per week (until 8PM), and 1 weekend day per week, with measures being scheduled outside of these hours - equivalent to 40 hour work week
