What your role as a Senior Account EXECUTIVE/BROKER ENTAILS 🌿💰🎓
● Provide oversight and management of their Construction Project/Account daily● Analyze and identify specific risk exposures and coverage requirements● Prepare submissions, Broker and Placement of Projects outside of the the companies specific program for this role● Guidance, leadership and mentoring of Account Managers● Evaluate needs, including underwriting necessary for all risks associated with account● Offer Technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging your product expertise● Collaborate with the companies internal Insurance group and Project teams for optimal insurancestrategies and solutions● Prepare, Negotiate, finalize, and present Corporate Renewals●
IS THIS THE RIGHT ROLE FOR YOU?
● RIBO licensed with up to date continuing education● MUST Understand CCDC Contract documents and P3 Contracts● 10 + years Insurance experience (Construction and brokering placement experience), Wrap up, Professional Liability, Builders Risk● Additional designations - Education ie. CIP, CAIB, CRM RIBO A MUST● Brokering and placement experience with proven negotiation skills● Must have some technical knowledge of all product areas (construction, contracting)● Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Tam (Applied systems) or similar industry systems● Ability to work collaboratively as a Key Senior member of the team and independently withminimum supervision

💰Profit sharing bonus. The candidate will qualify for the 2026 profit sharing bonus based on profit and performance. It is a discretionary amount.
💰RRSP: Available after three months of employment. The plan is company matched at 50% of the contributions, and 100% after the second year for up to 5% of the base salary.
🎓Tuition Reimbursement: $1000 towards courses, certificates or any training after 6 months with the company
